My two sisters and I were on a long awaited trip to Branson, Missouri. Our first excursion was the Titanic. When we came out our tire was totally flat and we had no idea who to call to help us, plus it was 4:15 P.M.. For some reason I called Mitchem Tire & Wheel and Josh Faulkner sent two of his men out immediately. They changed the tire, took the bad tire and we were going to meet up in the morning. Tire had to be replaced which they handled the next morning. I cannot say enough good things about Josh and his men. They were friendly, helpful, efficient, and very businesslike. I would recommend this company to anyone. They were absolutely awesome and made our trip easier.

I don’t have the service tech’s name, but he was approachable, helpful, and got my car in and out as quickly as possible. I had an issue with a nail in my tire yesterday, and found a new nail today. My tire issues were fixed promptly. Thank you for the help!

I was having a horrible week. I had just had a flat tire that I had to replace a few weeks prior. Leaving work one night I discovered I had another. Turns out I needed to replace 3 of my tires at once. Dave L. Was so kind and patient with me and helped me through every step of the process which took 2 days to finalize. He was quite knowledgeable and even scanned my engine code when my check engine light came on in the middle of all of this.
