The AC in my car wasn't working. The guys at Mitchum got me in and flushed and recharged it, A couple of days later I noticed it wasn't blowing cool. I brought it back and they checked it out. Due to owner ignorance I was informed on the importance of the recirculation button in my Equinox. Thanks guys for being so helpful and patient!

We started noticing our engine overheating on Friday evening and were set to head out on a 10 hour drive home on Sunday. Josh and his team were open early Saturday and had us diagnosed, repaired, and back on the road in just a couple of hours. He saved our last day of vacation and probably our engine too! Highly recommend.

WOW! What an amazing experience. Traveling to Branson from Florida and experienced a flat tire. Took the tire to Mitchem on Gretna. We were taken in immediately on arrival. They were able to fix the tire, mount, balance plus service the full size spare and secured it under the truck bed when they were finished. The staff was super friendly. If you have any tire service needs, this should be your first call!

Was extremely pleased with this location. Called Monday to ask about having car looked at. Had my car in wensday morning, they had my car fixed and back in the road by 330 that day. Was super stoked at how quick they got my issues corrected . Thanks again guys 🤘

I recently stopped in to have my tire pressure checked after a warning was displayed on my car system. I was immediately taken in and the tires and sensors checked (and tires aired) at no charge to me. ( I have been a previous customer.). I want to express my thanks to Dave and Josh for taking care of my concerns. I am a single woman in my 70s. Their help was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this business!
