Manager Nathan is awesome! He and his staff do great work. They have helped me with the purchase of my tires and every oil change and tire rotation so far. My car has 90K miles on it and I expect great service for my car. I get excellent service from the Ozark store! Let them take care of your car!

These guys are great! Stopped by a few weeks ago to check out Michelin tires and within 10 minutes had the information to make a decision and 90 minutes later tires were delivered from warehouse. 45 minutes later I was out the door with new tires. Staff was very friendly and crew working in the shop were very efficient. To top it off, I received a personalized, hand written thank you card in the mail thanking me for the business. I was blown away. No one does that any more. I'll definitely be doing more business with them in the future. Excellent customer service!!
