What's a travelers worst nightmare? Car trouble away from home! Our van started to wobble on the highway and felt like the wheels were falling off! Went to BAT Boys automotive who diagnosed bad tire and referred us to Mitchem. Josh was able to get us right in and give us a great price on Michelin tires. But tires can be bought anywhere. What you can't get everywhere is great customer service! Knowing we are vacationing, Josh got us in and out in under 45 minutes in spite of a constant customer flow. I observed him taking the time to call a family who had already left the store (in the same situation as us) whose daughter had left her iPod. Again in spite of the constant flow of customers, Josh took time to do the right thing. The guys at Mitchem were so nice, we will refer them at every opportunity! To the owner and manager of the store; you've done a great job in choosing staff and training them well. This kind of service comes from the top down!

We are on a cross-country trip in our RV and noticed low pressure in our tires. We inquired and found that Mitchem Tires has nitrogen for tires. They filled the tires to the factory standard pressure with nitrogen, a more complicated process than just adding air, and didn't charge us a dime for the time spent. They were very courteous and wished us a good trip. I would thoroughly recommend stopping by for good tire service with a smile.

After having my car serviced in Tulsa I drove to Branson Missouri. When I got to my hotel a nice man brought to my attention that the cover plate was dragging under my car. I called the place in Tulsa. Their advice was to find someone to tie it up or tear it off myself and put it in the back of my car. But then I found Joshua Port at Mitchem Tire and Wheel. Joshua met me at the door and listened to my story. I'm afraid I was a little upset. He showed me what the problem was, took pictures for me and wrapped the part in plastic bags so it would not get my car dirty. It only took 10 minutes, maybe. He did not let me pay either. Thanks so much Joshua.
