I am delivering automotive parts in the Joplin/Springfield area today in from Tulsa. I was having a tire issue today & I was trying to finish my route before addressing my vehicle issue. My car let me know it needed immediate attention. I asked a customer of mine for advise on where to go. The gentleman at ALL PRO AUTOMOTIVE wasted no time. He called David at Mitchem’s tire & wheel, explained my situation & that time was of the essence. MITCHEMS wasted no time & went to work on my car immediately. I reside in Oklahoma & it is always scary having to find a mechanic in a unfamiliar city. The folks where great & I was able to put my worries to rest. They got me fixed up & back on the road quickly & without draining my wallet. The people that I dealt with in Springfield today are wonderful people & I am very thankful for MITCHEMS!!!!! Had a Flat Tire Traveling from Oklahoma to St. Louis, buddy of mine told me to call Mitchem Tire, they had a set of my tire size 255/45ZR17 in a Toyo. Got the car there, talked and went ahead and put 4 new shoes on my car, glad I did my other tires were starting to come apart as well. They had the new tires on and me out the door in about an Hour! Great Customer Service, and was very happy about the Price! Will be taking my parents car there in the future because of this service. Thanks again Guys!
Josh and his crew are helpful in every way possible. Their professionalism and customer service are excellent. We are taking a road trip and a tire split on our RV. We had a new tire the next day. All of the service persons across the country should take lessons from this establishment.
