Josh Falkner has taken care of our cars for about 4 years now, and once again we received great service at a fair price. i live out of town but come to Branson at least once a year as we prepare to move here, and I put off maintenance when I can until we get to Branson. I trust that we will always be treated fairly, so I just wait until we get to Mitchem Tire. We have purchased tires, brakes, alignments, oil changes, AC service and other repairs. In each case, Josh took good care of us, directed the repairs in a timely manner, was always polite and courteous, and surprisingly remembered me, since only seeing him once or twice a year. We are very pleased to recommend Josh and MItchem Tire for car care, with out reservation, and plan to return again and again. I had a great experience buying new wheels and tires for my new 2020 Jeep Gladiator. Corey provided great guidance in what size wheels would fit, and then what tire to select with my choice of wheel. I am delivering automotive parts in the Joplin/Springfield area today in from Tulsa. I was having a tire issue today & I was trying to finish my route before addressing my vehicle issue. My car let me know it needed immediate attention. I asked a customer of mine for advise on where to go. The gentleman at ALL PRO AUTOMOTIVE wasted no time. He called David at Mitchem’s tire & wheel, explained my situation & that time was of the essence. MITCHEMS wasted no time & went to work on my car immediately. I reside in Oklahoma & it is always scary having to find a mechanic in a unfamiliar city. The folks where great & I was able to put my worries to rest.
