I’ve been a customer for a while now, and these guys have always helped me out. They are quick and professional, and every time I have been there, it has been a pleasure. It’s always enjoyable speaking with Josh at the counter, and I believe our man Danny must hold the current speed record on oil changes.
I called the mitchem tire shop yesterday December 15th I was in route to Branson and had a terrible vibration in my truck. Josh told me to come in when I got there and he would get it in immediately. As soon as I arrived he took my info. And immediately pulled my truck in the shop. All my tires where out of balance he let me come out to the shop and showed me how bad they were. They balanced all 4 tires for only 85 bucks which I thought was very reasonable! Josh was very informative and very helpful. I highly recommend this place
I ordered tires yesterday and asked them to call me if they come in early today so they called me at 7:45 am and told me they arrived and i came in at 8:15 and was out the door at 9 am so i was able to be be on time to my urgent meeting that was planned a month before! Gary and his team were on top of it! They nailed it! Thank you guys!!!

My batteries needed replacing on my 2020 GMC Sierra 3500. Josh was able to get my truck right in and had the new interstate batteries installed in a short time. Thanks Josh for the exceptional service. I’ll be back in the future.
