josh was professional and customer focused. He is fast and worked very hard to make sure his out of town customers are just as happy as Branson residents.

Once again Great Service and good value. Josh Falkner has taken care of our cars for about 4 years now, and once again we received great service at a fair price. i live out of town but come to Branson at least once a year as we prepare to move here, and I put off maintenance when I can until we get to Branson. I trust that we will always be treated fairly, so I just wait until we get to Mitchem Tire. We have purchased tires, brakes, alignments, oil changes, AC service and other repairs. In each case, Josh took good care of us, directed the repairs in a timely manner, was always polite and courteous, and surprisingly remembered me, since only seeing him once or twice a year. We are very pleased to recommend Josh and MItchem Tire for car care, with out reservation, and plan to return again and again. Thanks for the great service, we are pleased to do business with a company we trust.

Had a Flat Tire Traveling from Oklahoma to St. Louis, buddy of mine told me to call Mitchem Tire, they had a set of my tire size 255/45ZR17 in a Toyo. Got the car there, talked and went ahead and put 4 new shoes on my car, glad I did my other tires were starting to come apart as well. They had the new tires on and me out the door in about an Hour! Great Customer Service, and was very happy about the Price! Will be taking my parents car there in the future because of this service. Thanks again Guys!

What a real pleasant experience. Anthony was so helpful. We needed a tire replaced due to puncture damage. In and out in less than an hour.
