I would like to start by saying that the gentlemen working at this business are very polite and honest. I needed a tire fixed and thought it needed repair, only to have them come and explain that there wasn't the need to have it repaired that the bead was the problem. Then offered to replace the headlight that was burned out as well. Very reasonable cost with the work done in a very timely manner. I highly recommend Mitchum Tire! I will be a returning customer for all my tire needs!
Josh was kind of enough to fit me in at the end of the day to get my tires changed out. Considering the weather conditions for tomorrow. He really saved me from possibly getting stuck in those conditions due to bald tires. Good people!
The store manger was great. We were on vacation and had tire trouble.Went to this store and got excellent service. The manager went out of his way to get us back on the highway. Nothing but good service.
Was traveling for Thanksgiving and Black Friday and had a flat at 7:30 am in the middle of the whole mess!! Drove in on the spare and Josh and the whole gang at Mitchem Tire was outstanding! They were VERY busy but got me fixed up and headed back out very quickly! A big thank you to the whole staff at Mitchem Tire in Branson!!
