I called the mitchem tire shop yesterday December 15th I was in route to Branson and had a terrible vibration in my truck. Josh told me to come in when I got there and he would get it in immediately. As soon as I arrived he took my info. And immediately pulled my truck in the shop. All my tires where out of balance he let me come out to the shop and showed me how bad they were. They balanced all 4 tires for only 85 bucks which I thought was very reasonable! Josh was very informative and very helpful. I highly recommend this place
I ordered tires yesterday and asked them to call me if they come in early today so they called me at 7:45 am and told me they arrived and i came in at 8:15 and was out the door at 9 am so i was able to be be on time to my urgent meeting that was planned a month before! Gary and his team were on top of it! They nailed it! Thank you guys!!!

We were visiting from out of town and had problem with tires that had nails or debris in them. The guys there were able to get me in and out in an hour and back on the road. Charged me for a fix on a flat, very reasonable. Great job
WOW! What an amazing experience. Traveling to Branson from Florida and experienced a flat tire. Took the tire to Mitchem on Gretna. We were taken in immediately on arrival. They were able to fix the tire, mount, balance plus service the full size spare and secured it under the truck bed when they were finished. The staff was super friendly. If you have any tire service needs, this should be your first call!
