I took my car in for an oil change,tire rotation and brakes, and when the mechanic was closing the hood he noticed that the Serpentine belt was half off the track at the top (don't ask me what that part is called) He started the car and found that the Harmonic balancer was wobbling. They suggested that I leave it so they could look into it in the morning. We have been taking our cars here for years and I trust them to know what they are doing. They gave me a lift home and the next morning called to confirm that the car needed a new Serpentine belt and Harmonic balancer, quoted a price that was very reasonable and said they could have for me by Thursday. Wednesday morning they called to say the work was done and they could come pick me up to get the car! Gary Miller and the crew there not only fixed what I went in for, but possibly saved me from a breakdown and further damage down the road! Oh and did I mention that my AC (which another outfit wanted $1,500 to replace) is now working at no additional cost and they even shined up my tires! LOL I'm a very happy customer!
This place is awesome. Josh did a great job in getting my truck the parts needed and the quote was very very reasonable. Great communicative skills. A excellent manager of the store. Jason the mechanic completed my repairs expediently and in a professional manner. I would highly recommended doing business with the men. Could not be happier. Thanks to these professionals. We were very pleased with the service at Mitchem Tire. We were from out of town and started having brake problems and called Nathan at this location and he got us right in and got our brakes replaced in a timely manner.
Very good customer service and extremely informative about the condition of my brakes and what was needed to be safe. Very good rates on labor also. Id recommend Ozark Mitchem tire to anyone.
